These range of bag filters have been designed on the well-known energy efficient Optipulse concept which uses a much lower compressed air pressure of about 2.5 kg/cm2g as compared to the conventional pulse jet filters. The compressed air is directly expanded into the bags, which ensures deeper and stronger pulse cleaning. The filters are fitted with 5 metre and 6 metre bags and larger flow efficient, fast acting 80 NB solenoid valves, which are directly mounted on the tanks, to reduce flow losses to a minimum.
