Fabric filters collect very fine dust
The centrifugal fan, Inbuilt at the top of the unit, creates suction for the dust-laden air to enter the unit and be drawn up through a number of vertically suspended fabric bag filters. The dust particles of larger size are separated, due to gravity, from air already. The dust container also acts as a pre-separator. The fine dust particles are arrested on the inner surface of the fabric filters and the dust free air is exhausted through the fan unit. During the Intermediate periods, when the dust collector is not in operation the bags are cleaned by a simple hand manipulated shaking device. The dust falls down into the dust receptacle from where it is removed manually. To cater to different air quantities, this unit is available in 3 different sizes.

Unit dust collector PAUA-cyclone and fan in one unit
PAUA is a dynamical type unit collector suitable for collecting dry dust. In small dust extraction systems, it has been successfully utilized for preventing dust nuisance from various operations such as turning, grinding, polishing, milling, etc.

Efficient dust separation in cyclones
Due to the suction created by the fan, dust-laden air enters the cyclone and the dust is separated from the air by the centrifugal force. The clean air exhausted through the fan unit and the separated dust is collected in the dust container provided at the bottom of the unit, from where it is manually removed.

To cater to different air quantities, this unit is available in 4 different sizes, with (arrangement 1) or without (arrangement 2) the fan unit. Due to the small cyclone diameter, it is easy to achieve high collecting efficiency. The unit needs very little attention once installed.

Wet Collector
Wet Collector is designed for collecting dust from engineering workshops, foundries, mines and stone-working sites. The collector is of medium pressure type and is suitable for flow ranging between 1.7 and 20 m 3/s (6000-72000 m 3/h). The main components of the wet collector are the upper section, lower section and scrubber units. The number of scrubber units varies with the size of the Collector.
